Heavy Machining

In our machining workshop the heavy machining is realized as a part of the manufacturing process for the mechanical manufacturing of machines, components and single heavy parts. There are modern CNC- controlled machines, horizontal boring mills, a big vertical turning machine, milling machines and a radial drilling machine availably.

In our workshop individual parts with a maximum weight of up to 90 tons and a maximum size of 12 x 5 m can be machined in one clamping.

Before the final fitting all components are getting an appropriate corrosion prevention coating in our paint shop.
